Well hello there friends hope you are well.
It's Remi here your user success Lead here at member vault. I am back for another solo episode.
And in these episodes, I like to give some strategies and ideas around how you can do things cool things hopefully.
So today I'm going to be talking about my visibility strategy, and how I get people into my MemberVault out using Facebook and clubhouse.
Now, if you don't use Facebook or clubhouse, then this may not be very useful for you.
But you may still want to listen through this episode because there still may be triggers ideas that you can use on other social media platforms that you can use and take away from today's session. We also will be sharing some other visibility ideas because we know that not everybody uses Facebook or clubhouse. So do look out for future episodes where we are talking about different ways that you can drive traffic from other places into your MemberVault.
So I'm going to start with clubhouse first.
If you didn't know what clubhouse is, it is an audio based social media platform whereby you use your voice to communicate. And they have rooms on different topics and you go in and you talk about different things. So I became a fan of yours and clubhouse in the last year. And I found that it's been a great way to drive people into my member vault. Now there isn't a direct link. So like I can't link from clubhouse straight to remember vote, right there's, it allows you to links and the two links it allows you are to your Twitter, or to your Instagram, which meant I had to up my Instagram Instagram game, and have a way to get people who were hearing my voice and listening to me talk in different rooms and positioning myself as an expert on all things business and strategy and scaling. And Tech because I'm a tech coach as well.
So people would listen to me and like excuse me, and would like the sound of my voice and what I was talking about my knowledge.
And they would then come to seek me out by clicking on a link in my bio, which would take them to Instagram. And then there'll be one link that will take them to my member vote. So essentially, that was my funnel from clubhouse, which would be me speaking on a stage in a room, somebody clicking on the bio, and going to my Instagram and then clicking on my link to find out how they could work with me. The other thing that I did was I set up a bot. And so whenever somebody would message me on Instagram after hearing me on clubhouse, they were type a specific word that I told them to send to me. And that bot would send them a link to my free lead magnet which was held inside of my member vault. So that was a really cool way to drive traffic as well. So let's start at the beginning with clubhouse, the first thing that you need to do is you need to fill in and create yourself a clubhouse bio. And you can use this bio to talk about who you are, what you do, who you help, et cetera, you know, really speak to your ideal client in this space on your bio. Now in my bio, I actually did place two links, text links into my bio, which do lead people directly to my member vote, but they are not hyperlinks because the platform doesn't allow you to do that. But the links are still there nonetheless, which means if somebody is interested, they can copy and paste out that link or they can type it out themselves.
I have a frog in my throat today, I do apologize. So I have placed links Text links into into the copy and person can go straight to that link by copying it out. I then at the bottom, I've activated the two links. So my Instagram, I I've put my business Instagram into there, and I've made sure that my Instagram account is optimized. The bio is optimized with key words, and I make sure that there is an active link and this is really important. If you haven't checked your social media links in a while. I encourage you to do that today. Go and click and see where things are taking people are your links taking? Are they working? firstly? Secondly, are they taking people to the right place where you want them to be landing, or is it taking them to some obscure product that perhaps you know hasn't been updated for a while looks at the date and doesn't look right. So make sure your social media bios are optimized and make sure that the links are driving people, either to your main member vault account, or to a specific product inside a member vault, if that is what your current driver is focused on at the moment. And then Twitter, I did the same thing, I made sure that the links are optimized, so that when somebody did land on my Twitter, they had a way to come to my website, which is my member vote. And then when you're in clubhouse, or using clubhouse as an app, when you are on stage, or let's say you've created your own room with your own stage, right, so you are the host, you have the ability to add a link to the top of your room or to the top of the clubhouse page. So as you're speaking, you can add a link that drives people to your member vault homepage, or drives people to your member vault lead magnet. So if I'm talking on a stage about business strategies, for example, and we're talking about a specific thing, I may say, Hey, I've got a, I've got a lead magnet that you can have for free. Let me just pop that link to the top of the page. And you can go and click on it and go and get my lead magnet. This is a brilliant way to drive people to your MemberVault. But also, if you're speaking on somebody else's stage, and they give you the permission to share a link, you can pop that link in and share that link with an even wider audience. And it sits at the very top of the page when we have to because because it's a Voice app and audio app, the only thing we can do is tell people what to do, which is go and click on that link at the top of the page or go to my bio, click on my picture, go to my bio, and scroll to the bottom to hit Instagram if you want to send me a message, right. So we tell people to go and click on the link in a room or we tell people to go and click on the link in our bio, if they want to learn more about us or talk to us. And this is absolutely highly effective in getting more people to to your MemberVault account.
I've seen absolute results from doing this inside of clubhouse. And then my my other tip for clubhouse is just to make sure you are following rooms where your ideal clients are, or you are joining clubs or going into rooms. And speaking on stages where people are interested in your services or your products, right? There's little point talking in rooms where people have no interest in what it is you do and are highly unlikely to come and buy from you that is literally wasting your time. So make sure you are identifying where are the rooms where my ideal clients are likely to be as a business coach, and as a tech coach. For me, that's going to be rooms where there is a lot of small business owners in there. So I look for clubs that are talking about business topics, business growth, you know, sales and marketing type rooms. And there are also tech rooms on there as well that are talking about specific tech tools.
Now if I know my ideal client are using specific tech tools, then I might want to go and be in those rooms and be a contributor to make myself stand out and to position myself as an expert. Knowing that my bio is optimized that people can click on the links and come straight through to my MemberVault to buy more of my products that I know is going to support and help them. So that's how I am using clubhouse at the moment to drive traffic and it's really really working. So I hope some of those tips are useful. And if you are using clubhouse or any other audio based app that you are making sure it's optimized, making sure you're using the links that they allow you to have and to make sure that you are telling people to go and click on the links or telling people to go check out your bio.
Alright, let's jump over to Facebook now.
So Facebook is my main place. Facebook is my main social media app that I've always loved and enjoyed using. I know most people not most people, some people really don't like Facebook and don't use it at all. But here's how I'm using Facebook to drive people or get people into Why MemberVault account. So firstly, when you come to my personal profile, I have a bio underneath my name and it is optimized. In fact, the first link that you will find on my Facebook bio is a link directly to my MemberVault, it is literally the first thing they see, as they start to scroll down the page, a link, direct link in the bio to my MemberVault. The second thing on my personal bio is my banner image. Now my banner image has call to actions on it in the words, and it's telling people to you know, join my club or come and join my membership or join my scaling program, right, it's all there on the banner in words. And then I have a call to action that says click here. So when people click on my banner, it now opens up into a description area, where I have cleverly placed in the you can just add text here, right or add a description. And so behind the banner image, I have now added links to my MemberVault account directly. So when somebody does click on my banner to learn more about my club membership or scanning program, they find the links that will bring them straight home to MemberVault. So this is something you can modify as well, if you've not used this is really valuable real estate space. And it really works at driving people to your site, because the image is telling them what to do is telling them the banner images telling them to click here. And then when they click, they get all that juicy information and all those good links, telling them what to do next.
The third thing that I do on Facebook is I use my About section. Now there's lots of places here in your about section that you can fill in that can drive people again to your MemberVault. And I encourage you to use as many of them as possible. So one of the links on there is your website section, you can put your MemberVault address there into the website section. So mine is filled in with my MemberVault address, there is a section where you can link to your business page. So my business page is actually the name of my business. So it says you know Remi works at, you know, Online Business temple. And when people click on the Online Business template, it takes them straight to my business page, which of course is set up and all the links there. And the banners on my business page are also driving my traffic back to my member vault because this is where I want people to land this is where people get to make the choice about whether they want to work with me or not, or buy a product or grab my freebie or whatever it is, right. So all all my links on my Facebook point to member vault.
The other thing that you could do is you can use a pinned post at the top of your newsfeed on your personal profile, and you can make this public. So even if you've got a private account, you could make a singular post public, you can pin that post at the top of your newsfeed and a game user posts that tells people what to do. So the last pin posts that I had on my profile, and I need to put new one up actually, I realized that as I was making this episode is for the last place I had was a I was really trying to get people to sign up for my seven pound Tech Club. So I made an image in Canva, you know, 10 ad by 10am image. And it was all about the seven pound Tech Club, what you get inside of it, why you should join it, who it's for all of that good stuff, right. And then I pinned it to the top of my newsfeed, which means it doesn't move it lives at the top of the page. And when somebody comes to my page and scrolls down, it will be the first post that they see, every single time. I then went back to that post and edited it and I put my member vote link at the top of that page. So that whenever somebody scrolled down the page, they would see the MemberVault link first and then they would see the sort of promotional marketing image all about the seven pound Tech Club right there pinned to the top of the page. And that drove traffic to my account like no one's business.
So using a pinned post at the top of your newsfeed is an absolutely brilliant way to drive people to your member vault. The sixth way that I drive people from Facebook to MemberVault is pretty much every post that I put out on my newsfeed or on my business page has a link in the comments to member vault. And it's important that we put links in the comments because the algorithm really isn't a massive fan of you putting links cuz in your main posts, particularly if you are using your personal profile, right, so be really careful with this. So every time I post on my Facebook personal account, I will always drop a link into the comments that takes people straight to my MemberVault. And I will say in the description, you know, if you want to learn more about this link is in the comment, or click the link in the comments to buy XYZ, right. So I put the link in the comment, after I've posted to my timeline, and that drives people to my MemberVault. The several way that I use Facebook to drive people to MemberVault is I, I have a group so I have my own small business group. And what I do in there is I post content into that group every day. And I post my links into my private community group to my member vault, and get my members to click on that and come and check out what the latest thing is I have over in my MemberVault. And then the eighth. And the final thing I'm going to share with you today is inside of my Facebook group, I have a guide section. And one of my guides sections in in I mean, there's like trainings and tutorials and stuff, right. But one of the sections is called work with Remy or work with me, I can't remember one of those two. And in there, there are I think six or seven sections in there. And each one has a permanent link in there to my MVP product. So if somebody was joining my tech club, and they are inside of my Facebook group, there is a link in the guide section that always lives there permanently, that people can go on and click and come straight through to buy that service. Or if they want to join my membership, that link is always there inside of a guide inside of my MemberVault. So it's always gently kind of selling without me pushing too hard.
And the other place I put a link is in my Facebook group decision decision. My Facebook group description, there's a link there that links people also back to my membership, because sometimes people will come and check out your group. And they might not join. They might read the description, though. And there's a link there where they can come and learn about me maybe before they come and join the group, right? So there's always a link outside of the group and inside of the group so that I'm catching all the eyeballs as they find me on Facebook. So those are some of the ways that I'm driving traffic from Facebook and clubhouse.
Let me know in the comment section underneath this because this is going to be in the blog. It's going to be on the podcast. But yeah, if you are checking this out on the blog, let me know in the comments. Were these tips useful for you? And if it was there any light bulb moments, were there some that you are absolutely going to be implementing right away? If they aren't, let me know in the comments. Let's have a chat in the comments about that. So I'll be back next week with another strategy episode for you and another user spotlight so I look forward to talking to you then. Until then enjoy your weekend and your week and I will see you soon
