Yesterday I shared how adding a "start here" module with 2-5 quiz questions = buyer/audience GOLD (see the post here). And today we're going to dive into my favorite 5 questions to use to create more conversions.

Here they are! And my challenge to YOU is to add at least one to a product, today! 🎉

✅ Q #1 - MULTIPLE CHOICE (use in a free or paid product) - What are you most struggling with right now? 

The cool thing about multiple choice, is as you're filtering your questions -- you can see how many people chose each answer. See an example from the Recurring Revenue Summit (now the Recurring Revenue action lab). ⬇️

✅ Q #2 - MULTIPLE CHOICE (use in a free or paid product) - How comfortable are you with [action people need to take to get a result]? 

This is what multiple choice questions look like for the person answering. ⬇️

These next two essay questions are buyer intake questions to help you with your sales messaging. Look for patterns in the answers, and then focus on those in your emails and social posts.

✅ Q #3 - ESSAY (use in a paid product) - Why’d you buy right now?

✅ Q #4 - ESSAY (use in a paid product) - What was the most important part of [product name] that made you buy?

The goal with this last question is to (a) understand how to best support people in the product they just purchased and (b) help you create additional support options that you can offer up to help them succeed. 

✅ Q #5 - ESSAY (use in a paid product) - Where do you think you might struggle getting to [goal outcome from product]?

Once you've had enough people answer this question to where you see patterns, and have created additional offers to support that, you can turn it into a multiple choice question so that you trigger automated sales emails. 

But essay will always give you the most insights! 💛
