Hey Nina! 👋 We'd love to know -- where in the world are you? What do you like about it? Dislike?

I live in Romania - it's a beautiful country, we have a lot of beautiful places, good food. There was a time when I wanted to live abroad (and I did for a while in Spain and Belgium) but now I just love living here and travel from time to time to other countries. The only thing I don't like is that I'm 7-10 hrs ahead of US clients which sometimes makes me miss some things (calls, trainings, etc) but I decided to focus on the good thing: the opportunity that I have to work internationally from my home.

What’s your favorite way to create content? What’s your favorite way to consume it? Why?

At the moment, I mainly show up on social media and write a weekly (I do my best to keep up with this consistency) email to my slowly growing email list. One of the mistakes I did early on was not to focus on an email list - I thought 'well, I'm only a service provider so I don't need one' but we grow and evolve, things change and I could have use that email list to grow faster.

As for consumption, I'm an avid podcast listener. Audio content allows me the freedom to learn and be inspired while managing my busy mom life – whether I'm cooking, doing laundry, or volunteering at my kids' school. Podcasts spark my imagination and open my mind to possibilities that my eyes alone, cannot perceive. They're a perfect fit for the multitasking superpowers that we moms develop!

Describe your dream client.

My dream client is a passionate online business mom – a coach, course creator, consultant, or service provider – juggling entrepreneurship with family life. She's typically a mother of two, deeply involved in her children's activities, and committed to spending quality time with them. While she excels in her field, she struggles with visibility and lead generation. This mom entrepreneur craves growth but feels uncertain about putting herself in the spotlight, often grappling with imposter syndrome and the fear of judgment.

Why is that person a dream client? How would you help them?

My journey from stay-at-home mom to visibility expert and podcast manager wasn't a straight path. Who was I to think I could reinvent myself after five years away from the professional world? But that's exactly why I connect so deeply with my clients. I've been in their shoes, feeling the pull between family and ambition, wondering if it's possible to have both.

I vividly recall my first encounter with podcasting while I was trying to figure out what I am good at and how I could support my clients with. It transported me back to my childhood in communist Romania, where my grandfather and I would huddle around the radio, listening to forbidden broadcasts from the free world. Those shows opened my mind to possibilities I couldn't see in my immediate surroundings. That's the magic I want to bring to my clients' lives through the transformative power of podcasting – a medium that allows for multitasking and personal growth.

I offer two primary services: a done-for-you podcast launch and management service, and a 3-hour workshop teaching my 5-step P.I.T.C.H. framework for getting featured on podcasts and other platforms.

What makes this work so fulfilling is watching these women transform. They come to me feeling invisible, often overwhelmed by the idea of putting themselves out there. But as we work together, I see them bloom. They start to own their expertise, to speak with confidence, to connect with their audience in a way that feels authentic and powerful. And the best part? They're doing it on their own terms, in a way that allows them to be present for their families too

What’s a funny anecdote, related to your area of expertise, that you can’t believe you did (or believed)?

I remember when I started pitching my first client and got my first 'no'. I was so embarrassed that I had to wait for a few days to tell my client about it. She was (still is) a podcaster and she knew that this is part of the process (it took me some time to learn that). Now, I celebrate these 'nos' as stepping stones to success. Then I also messed up an interview date for another client living in the US with a podcast host in Australia. Juggling 3 times zones (I live in Europe) was a little bit confusing ☺ now I got used to it.

How would you describe MV to an online business owner who’s never heard of it?

MV is a platform very easy to use and very affordable. You can host courses, sell your coaching program, or different digital products without breaking the bank.

What made you decide to use MV? Why do you keep using MV?

I started using it when it was free and wasn't making a lot of money to justify hundreds of dollars invested in a course platform. I keep using it because it's totally worth it. I can easily deliver my freebies, I have only a few services or products visible and then I can keep all my digital producst invisible and use them for my participation in bundles or summits. I think I have the option to add unlimited products so I would be crazy to let this go for only $19/month.

What frustrates or annoys you about using MV?

I woudn't necessarily say frustration but my problem is that I never dedicate enough time to learn all the things that MV can do. There are so many improvements coming up all the time and I can't keep up with them. I see your posts in the Facebook group with all the things I could do and then feel overwhelmed cause I don't know what would best apply to me and then end up keeping it as it is (even though I know a makeover woudn't hurt).
