Hey, hey, Erin Kelly here. So if you are in a place that was impacted, or is impacted by Daylight Savings Time, you might also be kind of scrambling this morning. I know, I feel like I'm already an hour behind because we ended up sleeping late.

And it has been, it's interesting. I don't remember, you know, daylight savings changes being that big of a deal pre-kids, but with kids, it's like, the mental bandwidth of like, reorganizing schedules and making sure that everyone's still getting enough sleep and all of that it's, I don't know, I woke up feeling very discombobulated today. So I'm making this a quick one.

But I wanted to do an update on the podcast resource fully unlocked today, which is exciting. And I'm, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, like, you know, building, building it out. You know, like, I recommend where I give access before it's fully ready. And so I'm building it out, behind, you know, a drip, a date drip firewall, basically, right? So people have access to one or two things inside of the product. They don't have access to the full product yet, because it's not done yet. So, but I was very happy based on getting quiz answers about what people were curious about and feedback.

Just it was, as always reinforces I love doing products that way, because it kept me energized, as I was building the content. But it is a resource for people that either has been wanting to podcast, but don't think that they can, either because they're overwhelmed by the
tech stuff, or because they don't think that they can with their schedule. And, and or for people that have been podcasting, but are kind of getting burnt out, or just want to see how we do it, especially if you want to see how we are taking our podcast episodes, turning them into transcripts, and then putting them inside of MemberVault teaser module.

And also integrating Circle, which is a community tool that an outside community tool that we just start playing with, to add more of a community element to our MemberVault. So if you want to see what that looks like, if you already have a podcast, I have a whole module on with a 20-minute training on like, the whole workflow that we do from podcasting.

And well I don't do the how-to podcasting in Anchor but pulling the podcast episode from Anchor, putting in Otter which is the tool we use for transcripts, then taking that transcript, putting it inside of MemberVault under a teaser module, and kind of the strategy behind that. And then embedding the Circle comment, and like how I created it inside of Circle.

So if you're curious about that there is a training included there that has right now the training video has a transcript. But in the next day or so it will be captioned with a transcript. So just know that that is coming. So yeah, I'm pretty excited about it, you can go It's a free resource, you can get it at membervault.co forward slash podcast central. And again, that's also where we have all of our transcripts as teaser modules, because we attached it to that product. So if you just want to poke around our transcripts, and some of them have the Circle comments, and some of them don't, we're kind of building it out as we go. And as we learn.

So I started with comments inside of the podcast central resource. And so if you really want to see what it looks like to have Circle, integrated with a product, inside of your MemberVault, definitely sign up for that resource. And again, is at membervault.co forward slash podcast central. And so you can see how I have comments for every single module. Because most of them are just module one module one lesson. And so technically, it's in the lesson, but it's the module topic, so you can see how that looks. And see how that flow is. So yeah, pretty excited about how that's turning out.

And again, it's it shows like all of the kind of behind the scenes, strategy and pros and cons who's it for, for the different types of podcasts that I have done? So single series, a private podcast, it's attached to a resource, so you can't find it on iTunes. That's what I mean by private a user generated podcast so no interview it's it's totally audios submitted by our users. And yeah, like you know, how I did the Voxer interviews for asynchronous interviews. Back when I was doing the Daily Hive Mind as an interview podcasts for season one.

So how I did that and what you would need to be able to do it and you know, what I learned, etc, etc. So lots of different options there to learn about different ways to do podcasting that doesn't require the super fancy microphone and studio and audio editing and all of that stuff. I've done it been there done that will not go back. So I am sharing my thoughts on that inside of that podcast resource. And again, one more time, you can get it at membervault.co forward slash podcast central.

So the other update that I wanted to do is now that I have played around with Circle for, like actually like doing stuff inside of Circle, not just looking at it for almost two weeks now, I can say that I really like it, I think that it's super promising, very excited about building a relationship with Circle and becoming a direct integration partner, I don't know when that will happen. But that will make it even more seamless for our MemberVault users to use Circle with their accounts. Because that's really the only thing that I have seen. And this was my concern is that people get a little bit confused about what login they should use to get into Circle. And because it is integrated with our MemberVault, and so like if they're going to our MemberVault, well, then they think that they need to use their MemberVault login.

And that was kind of my concern is like that confusion piece, because people I don't have a lot of frustration tolerance, when I can't log into something, and I know everyone else is the same way. And so right now, I'm kind of at the, that's the feedback that I've gotten as people are like, like not a ton of people. But some people have been just like, Oh, I didn't, I got confused. And so for right now that sort of, on my to-do list is to troubleshoot that like doesn't have an account process to make it as obvious as possible with copy that's like around the embed. But know that we are wanting to proceed with becoming a direct integration partner, which would mean that if you have a member of AWS account and a Circle account, that you would be as far as I understand it, that you would be able to just have your user sign up and sign in with their MemberVault login. So they would just need to have one login.

But this is all stuff that we are working on behind the scenes. And overall, the reviews have been really, really good people are super excited, they're like, Oh, my gosh, this is so much better than a Facebook group. So much more organized, I feel, I feel like I can focus more. So there's a lot of excitement there. But as again, as expected, like there is less adoption on that, then there is if you have a Facebook group, and that is just something that you're going to I mean, I haven't I don't know of anyone that has gotten better adoption for their outside community tool than with Facebook. And that is because people are already on Facebook, there's no friction for them to really join a group and participate. Whereas when you have an outside tool you are asking them to, you know, set up an account and log in and, and all that good stuff.

So I'm going to continue, like I said, really happy with the engagement really happy with the feedback. There's, there's some really good posts in there already, we have some really good training coming up that people have submitted through the typeforms that are embedded. I think it's gonna be a really great tool to use with MemberVault.

Because it looks great. I think it looks great inside of MemberVault as an embed, for comments. And you can drop gifts and attach files. And it's really cool. And they have an app that they just released for iOS. And it's a little limited, but I think that they're definitely working on that. So I just it's a tool that I'm glad that we're kind of getting in. In the early stages, I think I think that there's a lot of possibilities. And it's a really great complement to MemberVault. I don't know that it will at any time in the future.

In the near future, we'll replace our Facebook Collaborative group, we're not taking that down, we're not moving it. We're not changing it. And I'm going to be using the fact that people are already on Facebook to try and drive more traffic to the Circle community through sharing our podcast transcripts that have the embeds through showing sharing our training. So it's going to be just another integrated process, it's not going to replace Facebook.

So I will continue to share all the stuff that we're learning. And probably eventually we'll do some sort of training and documentation. Once we know a little bit more, but if you are curious about how we're using it, like up to this point. Like I said there's a 20 minute training that shows you how we're combining it with our podcast transcripts inside of that podcast resource which you can again go to membervault.co forward slash podcast central and I'll put that link in the show notes as well.

So that is my update. And now I must get going because I have a lot to do and the clock is ticking. So I hope you have a wonderful start to your week. And that if you have Daylight Savings Time discombobulation, you are not alone.
