You have a beautiful MemberVault, you have put so much work on it. And nobody is signing up, or nobody's buying, you're sharing your link everywhere, and crickets. Well, let's fix that, I'm going to tell you five things to consider when designing your MemberVault, so that it is ready to shine, and improve conversion.

My name is Karem Mieses. I'm your productivity expert and business strategist, dedicated to helping you find that systems systems and processes that are going to allow you to run your business smoothly. And as part of the member board community, I want to show you show you today how you can declutter your member board homepage. And if you like what you're listening to, then I invite you to join us for MemberVault Action Lab.

So let's get to it. One of the most important things when designing your MemberVault is deciding on your goal. What is that main goal that you have for the page, it could be that you want people to book calls, so that you can sell your one on one coaching service, or your main goal is selling a self paced digital course, maybe selling a group of products that stack one on top of the other, or a membership, maybe your goal is just to grow your list throughout the year, so that you can launch a high price, ticket item or signature product one to four times a year, depending on what is your goal is why you need to be showcasing and saying in your MemberVault.

One of the most common mistakes that I see when working on clients in designing the flow of their products inside their websites and inside MemberVault is that they want to share everything, they are so amazing and spectacular human beings that they do not want to hold back and I get it. I many times I need to remind myself like see marine. Let people ask questions.

Because remember that we want to establish a connection with the people on the other side. If we do not leave room for questions, how what are they going to ask why do they even want to book a call with you? So leave things for them to ask questions, give them the basics.

So I always say that less is more. Because the more options that we are giving that prospective client, our audience, the more things we put out there, the more confused we leave them, even though we have the best intentions. There is some something called decision fatigue, you have so many options. And you have to go through so many choices throughout the day. And now more than ever before, that you go to a web page to solve a problem.

Let's say that you are looking for a step by step process to start as a paralegal. And all of a sudden you go there and you see information not only into how to start, but how to even go to law school. And all of a sudden you go down on a panoramic route into creating a course and that's not what you want to do in the first place, so you leave, because you get overwhelmed as a visitor.

Okay, so that's why, one thing I want you to take out of this podcast episode is that less is more. First know your goal, second Sema in, like I say all the time, and less is more be conscious of what your audience wants. And inside your MemberVault, there are five elements that should appear there. And first first is your introduction that is very powerful.

And I'm going to share with you the elements of the introduction, and then the call to action, a free product, a paid product, and an opportunity to learn more about you. And the first four elements are all about them. It's not about us. It's not about you. It's not about me, it's about the audience. And this is what I would say the second common mistake that I see, number one, I told you is too much information. There's so much out there, that it's overwhelming.

And number two, is that the introduction is not about DVC. Okay, so let's talk about that introduction. That introduction, the first section in your member board, the welcome area, should address your audience and how they feel. Number two, you need to be calling out their biggest pain or problem.

Number three, tell them how you can help them help them. And why is it that you want to help? Why is this important to you? Why are you showing up and why they should they should choose you and not the next person.

And number four, right off the gangs, invite them to start addressing the problem that they have that pain with a specific tool or solution that you have right there on that page inside member board game.

So inside Action Lab, I go deep with examples on this. And I go deeper into the order for elements. So if you liked this, if this is resonating with you, make sure that you join us over there again.
