What is a recurring revenue offer you've tried in the past (or currently) that you really didn't like? Why?
I've had high-ticket retainer offers, a 12-week coaching program, and now a membership. They all have their issues, but I can't say there's one I didn't like. Strong systems and automated processes can solve a lot of the annoying parts of a recurring offer.
In your opinion, what is the biggest element for success with the type of recurring revenue offer/deep dive you shared in your session?
Know your program / membership promise and track if your clients are getting it. This is something I have about half the systems in place for but I need to fully build it out.
What's an "oops!" that has happened during creating and/or running your recurring revenue offer(s)?
I have a very dog-friendly coworking space and the dogs all love me. One day we had 5 dogs in the office, and they busted into the conference room demanding pets in the middle of an office hours call! I had to stop for a minute and herd them all out.
What do you wish your current tool, whether it's MemberVault or something else, had to help you with your recurring revenue offer?
I wish it were easier to get data in and out of MemberVault. With all our other tools, we can get data in and out of Airtable, our data warehouse of choice. I have an Airtable base for all my MV content but it has to be populated manually, which feels very 2016.
