What is a recurring revenue offer you've tried in the past (or currently) that you really didn't like? Why?

One I've sold.... I started my first membership in 2017 and loved it. It evolved with my business for 3 years, then I stopped it because I had over-committed how much I would personally deliver. But I still loved the idea of having a membership.

One I've joined - I joined a very popular PLR membership and found it utterly impenetrable. I asked for support. I tried to figure out what it was and how I'd use it. Gave up after a couple of months.

In your opinion, what is the biggest element for success with the type of recurring revenue offer/deep dive you shared in your session?

Interacting with the audience/members. They give me ideas, motivation, do some of the selling for me. It's a collaboration.

What's an "oops!" that has happened during creating and/or running your recurring revenue offer(s)?

I've put off creating some short courses for far too long. I'm creating a course on how to write your About page, and another on how to write your Home page. They have been on my to-do list for more than a year, and that's silly because they are easy to create and people ask for them All The Time.

What do you wish your current tool, whether it's MemberVault or something else, had to help you with your recurring revenue offer?

I would love to have more info on content usage - but I'm not sure the stats work unless someone clicks 'complete' and I know I don't do that myself often with courses.

I would also love to set up some automated emails when people complete courses....but I lack the imagination to know how to use this tool.

What tool do you currently use to deliver your offers, ie MemberVault, Teachable, etc? What do you like best? What things frustrate you, overall?

Divi sales page, Thrivecart checkout, MemberVault content hosting, Convertkit communicate.

Kinda frustrating to pay for so many tools and to remember to hook up all the different bits - but on the other hand when I look at that stack I know I chose the best tools to perform their particular function and I'm happy with them all.

How would you describe MemberVault to someone who has never heard of it?

Course hosting with clean, simple, intuitive interface for course creators and students, plus clever options to encourage interaction and collaboration.
