What is a recurring revenue offer you've tried in the past (or currently) that you really didn't like? Why?

I had a mastermind I launched in January 2020. I loved it for many reasons but I gave too much of my time and in the end I had little energy and focused time to create new projects or programs. I promised them I would be on Zoom office hours 3x a week. I loved it for the first 2.5 years but found it hard to take vacation (when the world opened up again) and generate creativity.

In your opinion, what is the biggest element for success with the type of recurring revenue offer/deep dive you shared in your session?

The biggest element for success would be not having to start creating content from scratch or sitting at a blank computer screen trying to force brilliant content out of you. When you have an "inventory" of the content you already created you can reuse it, modify it, upgrade it or add more to it to make it even better. It is much easier to start with ideas and full content you have already created and you know they work!

What's an "oops!" that has happened during creating and/or running your recurring revenue offer(s)?

I recently was teaching live and when I moved to the next slide the slide had the right title but the 5 bullet points were the titles for the next 5 slides. I moved to the next slide, it contained the right title but had the same bullet points. I moved to the next slide and guess what? It also contained the right title but had the same bullet points which were the 5 titles. Oh my! I put the slides away and taught the content without slides! Whoa!

What do you wish your current tool, whether it's MemberVault or something else, had to help you with your recurring revenue offer?

I wish I could give people points that they can redeem for prizes on their own.

What tool do you currently use to deliver your offers, ie MemberVault, Teachable, etc? What do you like best? What things frustrate you, overall?

Membervault and Wishlist Member. I like that they integrate with everything! It would be cool to have a "template" that you could create one time and use it over and over again for different offers?

How would you describe MemberVault to someone who has never heard of it?
