What is a recurring revenue offer you've tried in the past (or currently) that you really didn't like? Why?

Web Design maintenance plans were something that I once offered, but while the income was good, I didn't love having to fix broken websites at 10pm on a Friday night...

In your opinion, what is the biggest element for success with the type of recurring revenue offer/deep dive you shared in your session?

In order to have a successful VIP Day Retainer model, you really need to have an incredible first impression client experience, which is all based on communication, systems and a proven process that works.

What's an "oops!" that has happened during creating and/or running your recurring revenue offer(s)?

Changing the name of the offer too many times, and having to update all of the documentation (contracts, invoices, etc).

What tool do you currently use to deliver your offers, ie MemberVault, Teachable, etc? What do you like best? What things frustrate you, overall?

ThriveCart, MemberVault, and Acuity. I really love all of the tools and how they work so well together.

How would you describe MemberVault to someone who has never heard of it?

It's a robust online learning program with excellent customer service and owners who truly care.
